Benson & Bingham orchestrated a study on the impact a car accident would have on a driver at four varying speeds: 5 MPH, 7 MPH, 9 MPH and 11 MPH. Many may scoff that a rear end auto accident at such low speeds could cause severe injury, however the simulation proves otherwise.
